We are back for part 2 of this hearty episode to help you build resilience, really in all areas of life, but more specifically at work!
We are back for part 2 of this meaty episode, giving you tips on how to build your resilience. Last week we gave you the first 4 tips so make sure to go back and give that a listen!

5. Mind your mindset: people who believe they control their own outcomes are better equipped to cope with them

6. Get connected: Social (people) networks can provide a buffer against the stress of work and resilience. If you struggle to connect, schedule your time to focus on connection. 

7. Practice to self awareness: pay attention to the stories in our heads. It helps you see when you need to do some mental maintenance. Turn off your wicked chatter. 

8. Watch your stress levels. Know what helps you distress so you can catch yourself before you spiral.
