Tips on how to build resiliency at work - Part 1

This week we share with you the first part of our detailed conversation on how to build resilience at work. In the current market, these tips can be your saving grace!
In part 1 of this meaty topic, Brianna + Taylor dive into the first 4 tips on how to build resilience at work. These tips will not only help you to feel less overwhelm at work, but really in all aspects of life!

1. Pay attention to your health. People are more likely to be resilient when they are healthy.

2. Focus on your physical well being: sleep, hydration, exercise, etc.

3. How to keep it going on vacation. Make sure to invest in relaxation techniques both personally and professionally. Meditation, reading, stretching, etc.

4. Practice reframing threats as challenges. Challenges are opportunities for growth.
