A quick guide to asking the tough questions as a candidate in an interview.
As you probably know, we are living and working in a candidate driven market right now. That means that the rules have changed a little bit when it comes to the interview process. The candidate has more options and leverage than before which means there are a few things to ask, or notice in your interviews.
For example, if you're interviewing and the company refuses to talk about future growth plans, 🚩red flag!
